When am I charged for a booking?

If you are not a member you are charged immediately for your booking. If you are a member, your booking will be estimated* when you book but you will be charged at the same time as your membership at the beginning of the month. 

*The estimate and the charge may differ if other bookings were added or removed during the month. 

Can I get a refund for my booking if I cancel? 

If you were charged upfront for your booking and cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the booking, your charge will automatically be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, it will not be refunded.

We change an administrative fee of $50 on all new memberships. We do run specials at times that waive this charge. This fee is non- refundable. 

We charge a $100 security deposit for all memberships. This fee is refundable when membership is discontinued provided your membership is paid up to date.  Before any refund is given this deposit will be used to pay any outstanding membership fees.

We charge a deposit of $50 for all 24/7 key access fobs. This fee is refundable within 30 days of membership termination with the return of the key.  Before any refund is given this deposit will be used to pay any outstanding membership fees.

All memberships run from the first day to the last day of the month. Your membership will be prorated, if your start date is after the first day of the month, we will then bill on the first of each month thereafter. 

How do I change my membership type? 

You can log on and change your membership for the following month at any time.  If you would like to upgrade for the current month, please contact the General Manager at [email protected]

How do I cancel my membership?

You can log on and cancel your membership at any time. Your cancellation will be effective the following month. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice will surrender your security deposit.

How do I put my membership on hold? 

If you just need a break, we encourage you to choose “Pause(Membership Hold)”. This is a cost of $5/month and allows you to keep your key. This reserves your place as a member and keeps you from having to pay the startup fees again.

How do I change my credit card?

You can log on and change your credit card at any time. 

How do I download an invoice?

You can log on and view or download invoices at any time. 

What file type do you accept for business name on the building or my office door?
