Terms and Conditions:
- There is a $50 one-time signup fee for Month to Month membership.
- Month to Month memberships have a $100 security deposit.
- Private Office memberships have a deposit equal to one months rent.
- Keys for 24/7 access have a $50 key deposit.
- Deposits will be refunded with return of key(s) and within 30 days upon termination of membership if your membership is up to date.
- Month to Month membership price plans may be changed up to 14 days before the first of each month.
- Month to Month memberships may be put on hold for $5 per month which holds your membership open.
